Terms and Conditions
All returns must be return to us within 7 days start from first day of received parcel. All returns cannot be done if is more than 7 days. Any parcel received after that will be send back to respective sender.
FREE clothing and PROMOTION clothing is not included in Return and Exchange Policy.
To complete your returns, we require a receipt/ proof of purchase/order number. Do contact us via the Facebook Messenger. GraceKiar team will be kind to assist you.

Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.
We accept exchange of size, color, style ( if available) but clothing price must same or above.
Exchange service will charge a 20% of item price.
Return’s shipping fee must bear by customer (including return postage back to customer). Shipping fee will be charge arcordingly:

Please transfer the shipping fees to the bank account above.
We will replace clothing if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Wrongly order placed or accidentally placed order will not be entertained. Cutomers is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.
For any return request that fall under below category will not be considered.
Color of products varies. This will occur 10-20% due to studio lighting and editing.
There might be 1-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the materials. Please do check the measurements given in our respective products and you may compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please contact our Gracekiar team via Facebook messenger for consulatation.
For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

Please notify us before return your item to us to make sure if they are eligible for our exchange and return policy.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not hold responsible for the lost parcels returned to us.
